A dedicated cosmetic consultation is not always required. If you have previously been evaluated by one of our physicians and have already discussed the treatment you are interested in, you may be able to schedule your procedure directly. This discussion may occur during either a medical or cosmetic visit.
New patients interested in fillers, laser treatments, or microneedling generally require a physician evaluation before scheduling treatment. Botox may be scheduled without a separate consultation.

All lesions must be evaluated by a physician before cosmetic treatment to confirm the diagnosis and determine the appropriate treatment method. An office visit charge applies unless the lesion has previously been evaluated by a physician at Pure Dermatology.
The physician will determine whether a lesion is appropriate for simple removal, destruction, or shave removal. Final pricing will be confirmed before treatment.
For small skin tags that can be removed without shave removal
1–5 lesions: $75
